Making Appointment

·         Will you pick me up at 2 p.m. ?

·         Can I see you at 3 p.m. ?

·         Will you go with me tonight ?

·         What if we go . . . this afternoon ?

·         I’ll go to your house at 4 p.m. Is it all right ?

 

Accepting Appointment

·         O.K. I’ll be there on time

·         No Problem. I’m free on 3 p.m.

·         Sure. I Love it

·         Good Idea

·         Yes, I think so

 

Declining Appointment

·         I’m sorry . . ., I can’t because . . .

·         I’m afraid I have to put off our appointment because I have an urgent business to do.

·         Sorry, I can’t meet you this weekend since I have another appointment.

·         I’m sorry. I’m busy

·         I’m sorry I can’t meet you today. I have to see my dentist. Can we reschedule?

1. Making Appointment

Harry : Richie, I have a serious problem.

I need to talk to you.

Could we meet today?

Richie :What time ?

Harry  : After we have lunch.

Richie : OK, I'll be there on time.

2. Cancelling Appointment

James  : Hallo Pasha, could you pick me

at 1 pm?

Pasha   :I'm sorry James, I can't pick you

on time.

I'll have lunch with my mother in the

restaurant.

Will you wait until I come, o.k. ?

James  : O.K, i wait you until you come.
